What is HydroTac®?

Through a combination of AquaClear® Technology and dressing characteristics, HydroTac® donates moisture to the wound, cools, soothes and enhances the wound healing process.1,3

The absorbent polyurethane foam absorbs exudate and retains it under compression.4 Maceration, is therefore reduced.1

HydroTac® alleviates pain on removal, due to the AquaClear® Technology.1,5

Wound exudate is absorbed by the polyurethane foam.1,2

Phase 2: Regulierung des Wundklimas

AquaClear® Technology hydrates and actively promotes a moist wound healing environment.6 Through 'selective absorption' Aquaclear® Technology is designed to increase the concentration of growth factors at the wound bed.11

Phase 3: Regulierung des Wundklimas

The concentration of growth factors on the gel surface stimulates the healing process.11

Indications

HydroTac® is indicated for use on low to moderately exuding wounds, primarily within the granulation and epithelial stages of the wound healing process.

It can be used to treat a wide range of acute and chronic wounds.

All products are available in popular sizes and shapes

The wide range of shapes and sizes available are suitable for a variety of wounds.
HydroTac® Comfort also allows the patient to shower due to the self-adhesive border.1

In conclusion: wounds can be simply and effectively treated.
